I started as a hands-on service business owner, mounting TVs, wiring homes, and solving problems on-site. That ground-level experience gave me something most software founders lack: I know exactly what field service businesses need because I lived it.

Now I channel that into software. I use AI as a force multiplier to ship faster, think smarter, and build products that actually solve problems instead of creating new ones.
